- 3 cup self-rising flour
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 12 oz lager, ale or microbrew
- 2 cup grated cheddar cheese
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a medium-sized bowl, sift flour and sugar together. Add cheddar cheese, coating with flour mixture. Pour in beer, mix until completely combined.
- Place dough in a non-stick (or generously greased) full-sized loaf pan. Cover with a warm towel and set in a warm place for 10 minutes to rise.
