Our Hearts Inn is located in historic Old Colorado City 4 miles east of Mantiou Springs. Walk to entertainment, meals, shopping and more! Garden of the Gods, 7 Falls, mountain hiking and many more attractions are just 5 minutes away. B&B with 3 rooms in the main house, FP, AC, TV/VCRs, coffee service in all room + private baths. Separate Cottages/cabins available with oversize jetted tubs for 2. Can accommodate families.

Custom stenciling enhances the unique wall finishes, arches and curved ceilings of this 1895 historic home. Amenities include queen beds (King in cabin), multiple beds in 2 of the rooms, AC, phones, TV/VCRs, Stereo/CD players, Fireplaces. Newly Added King Size Bed to Hearts Memories! Come enjoy the comfort!

Cottages amenities include a 2-person Jacuzzi tub, fireplace, TV/VCR, phone, kitchenette plus queen sleeper sofa. Colorado fruit and produce are served in our hearty breakfast which include deserts & often chocolate! Beverages and home made biscotti are always available.

• Deposit amount required (1st night or 50% due within 7 days of reservation.)
• Check in time is 4:00-6:00 pm and Check out time is 11:00 am
• Cancellations:
  All cancellations are subject to $15 handling fee. All deposits will be refunded with a 7 day advance notice only or rebooking of room. A 30 day cancellation is required for holidays and special events. We thank you in advance for being aware of the special nature and size of B&B's and your cooperation in honoring all reservations.

Pat loves cooking, crafts (including the extensive stencilling throughout the inn), and hiking. We are also grandparents of 5 beautiful children!
