My mother and I happened across this B&B while walking around Frisco. The room was lovely and clean. The breakfast, especially the waffles, were great! Bruce and Susan were so hospitable. I will definately be back and I will tell all my friends!

Great location, good clean rooms, comfortable beds. Rick and Eleica make you feel like you are staying with old friends. The breakfast is outstanding - do not miss the Belgian waffles! Will definately be back.
