    Reservation Policy

    • Minimum stay: During high seasons we may require a minimum night stay

    • Deposit amount required: Deposit required. First two nights. Call to find out details.

    • Cancellations: We require the first two nights of your reservation to be paid at the time of reservation (Special groups, Loft, Cottage, and extended stays may require a larger deposit). For one or two night reservations, the full amount is due at the time of reservation.
Our policy is that your balance is due, and will be payable on, your scheduled date of arrival. You are responsible for all nights of your reservation. No refund for unused nights will be given. If you cancel before 45 days (30 days in off-peak seasons) from your scheduled arrival, a full refund minus a $50.00 handling fee ($25 in off-peak seasons) will be refunded. If you cancel on or after 45 days (30 days in off-peak seasons) from your scheduled arrival no refund will be made. No refunds are made for changes on the day of check-in or after check-in.
If you will not arrive on your scheduled date of arrival, you must notify us by 9:00am on the day after your scheduled arrival date or your reservation will be cancelled and all of your charges will be forfeited; you will also be responsible for the full amount of your entire reservation.
A minimum night stay applies during certain periods. We are a non-smoking inn and we do not accept pets except in the Cottage where one dog is permitted for an additional fee.

    Evening soup, wine and cheese are an added bonus. Friendly, comfortable atmosphere. Location is convenient. Service was exceptional.

    Having spent too much the in generic big chain hotels while traveling for work the Frisco Lodge was a very welcome change of pace. As a skier I chose the town of Frisco because of its easy access to multiple large ski areas. The Frisco lodge located right on Main St offered hearty breakfast, easy access to many dining options all within an easy walk from the lodge. Since I was traveling alone, I chose a B & B because of the senesce of camarderie. The staff at the lodge were wonderful, they were friendly, laid back and very welcoming. Each morning we were offered special coffee and in the evening a glass of wine. If you are looking for a cozy place to staff with a staff that under stands terrific service and need a break from generic hotels, seek out the Frisco lodge.

    Service and professionalism were great. I had requested breakfast in bed and flowers for my girlfriend and management did it wonderfully. The town was fun to check out which had awesome restaurants and stores and we would recommend this location for a romantic getaway.

    My wife and I celebrated our 1 year anniversary at Frisco Lodge and had a wonderful time! The room was cozy, clean, and comfortable. The staff was hospitable, friendly and warm. The atmosphere was great and all around a real pleasure! We will definitely come back! Thank you for the wonderful memories!

    Stayed here right after New Years. Terrific food - very welcoming hosts and one heck of a hot tub!
