Otherwise, a charge will be assessed equal to the total bill for the stay plus a five percent processing fee, and the guest will receive a transferable gift certificate in the amount of the stay good for one year. SHORTENED STAYS: Guests that stay fewer nights than reserved are subject to the cancellation policy for those nights.
