General Information

Woodburn House, an Austin landmark built in 1909, is centrally located in the Hyde Park national historic district. Conveniently located one mile from the University of Texas and just two miles from downtown and the 6th Street and Warehouse districts, the house features four guest accommodations with attached private baths. All rooms are furnished with period antiques and feature new and luxurious mattresses and linens, rocking chairs, desks, private phones and wireless high speed Internet. • Cancellations:
  A refund is given if notice is received 72 hours prior to 6 p.m. on scheduled day of arrival. Otherwise, guest will be chared a minimum of one night's stay. Special reservations have thiry - sixty day cancellation notice requirement.
