The Queen Anne Muffins

Serves: 48Ingredients:
- 5 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 cups sugar
- 6 cups crushed Raisin Bran cereal
- 5 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 4 eggs, slighty beaten
- 1 cup Canola oil
- 1 quart buttermilk
Steps:
- Combine dry ingredients. Add eggs, oil and buttermilk. Store in airtight container in refrigerator up to six weeks.
- When ready to bake, fill muffin tins 3/4 full and bake at 350 degrees for 25 - 28 minutes.
