Baron's BalconyThis popular suite features a wall of antique windows with wood trim and antique screen doors leading to its private balcony. The 100 year-old pecan trees surrounding the balcony are softly lit with mercury vapor lights. The mellow, antique longleaf yellow pine floors and high ceilings immediately puts one in the theme of the room of an English Baron who has just returned from an African safari. Nantucket CottageA separate carriage house just 10 yards from the main house make this private dwelling a favorite. An architectural room divider of wood and glass separates the spacious bedroom from the comfortable sitting area complete with fireplace. Campaign RoomThe ornate wallpaper in this light, bright room uses tassels and rope to create an impressive trompe l'oeil "tent" in the tradition of the French aristocracy. With gorgeous longleaf yellow pine floors, high ceilings, and beveled and etched antique glass chandeliers, one feels the richness immediately. An antique marble top dresser and mirror set the stage for the French country feel, along with an old shutter shelf holding antique baskets and wildflowers. The cute antique oak wardrobe is perfect for hanging clothes, while French pictures grace the walls.

Wine Cellar SuiteTruly THE most unusual suite in town, perhaps in the whole state! A private entrance at the rear of the house leads into a secluded basement, dating back to 1885! The thick, original walls give one a country French flavor. The suite includes a sitting area with comfortable sofa and armchair.

Tara Hill - Irish RoomTastefully appointed with old maps of the Emerald Isle, examples of Irish crafts, artwork, and fabrics to recall the enchanting heritage of Ireland. Photos on the wall were taken by Paul (who used to be a newspaper photographer) during his first trip to Ireland, when he met Theresa.
Besides the decorations, there are three comfortable chairs, a perfect place to relax with picture books of Ireland over a cup of Irish tea. The room's dormer window accentuates the coziness of this unique room. The private bath has an antique claw-foot tub.

The Garden Gate CottageThis 800 sq. ft. 1950's house shares the garden with the Inn.
