General InformationTyler's oldest B&B. An 1859 Tyler Historic Landmark, the house is set back on a large corner lot surrounded by brick streets, and under many mature shade trees. It is located in the heart of Tyler and the closest lodging facility to downtown Tyler. It has the original oak and heart-of-pine wood floors, wood moulding, and stained-glass windows. All 7 rooms have private baths with wall-mounted hairdryers, cable TV, antique furniture, and Wireless Internet. They are available with queen-size beds, fireplaces, private balcony or porch, and baths with antique claw-foot tubs. An all-you-can-eat breakfast is served on china, crystal and silver in the formal dining room. The carriage house is about 700 square feet in size with queen-size beds in the bedroom, full kitchen, full bath, living room, dining room, fireplace, and a private balcony. The carriage house sleeps up to 3-4 adults. There are private parking spots for the carriage house guests. In the Rear Garden are an original small koi pool, rock fence, rock well and koi fountain. Also, there is a covered spa along with a gazebo. We are just minutes from Caldwell Zoo, Tyler's Rose Garden, fine dining, golf, UT-Tyler, antique stores, hospitals and more. There is something for everyone to enjoy while in Tyler! Other attractions include Canton 1st Monday Trade Days, East Texas Oil Museum, Tyler State Park, Tyler Museum of Art, Discovery Science Place and more. Very private 1920's carriage house with large accommodations on 2nd floor, located directly behind the main house. Full kitchen with a refrigerator with ice maker, stove top with oven, coffee maker, microwave, queen-size bed, private bath with tub and shower combination, and a private phone. In the living room, entertainment center with cable tv, vcr, dvd, cd player, gas fireplace, porches, dining room, stained glass fixtures throughout. For the comfort of our guests, the carriage house has central air & heating. Sleeps up to 3-4 adults. Refreshments, condiments, tea and coffee, and microwave popcorn provided. Outdoor covered Spa is provided along with Spa towels. All rooms have Wireless Internet access, private parking, and cable TV.

Deposits/Balances can only be refunded if
cancellation notice is received more than ten days from the
date of arrival (or 21-30 days on group reservations), unless we are able to
rebook the room(s). A $10.00 process
