Circa 1908. Gracious southern atmosphere and hospitality makes this lovely immaculately restored B&B the perfect place to have that much needed "get-away", to celebrate your special occasions, or even have small wedding. Whatever the reason for your visit, we will help make it an event to be remembered always. Keith's large gourmet breakfasts will fill you up and start your day off right. Keith is also our baker, his wonderful deserts are becoming famous in our area. Large porches and decks with furniture for your enjoyment, robes and candies in each room, central heat and a/c, high ceilings with fans, lots of light, rich color schemes, tastefully furnished. We are in an excellent location, on a quiet street within easy walking distance to historic downtown where you can board the trolley and ride back to the end of the street. We offer personal service that can't be beaten! Jacuzzi suites, one with a gas log fireplace, beautiful rooms with king or queen beds, even a room with antique cherry king bed. Free Level parking- off street parking.

• Minimum stay required (2 day weekends during season, but call sometimes a one night is available)

• Consumption of alcohol is permitted (Non alcoholic beverages complimentary)
• Deposit amount required (1/2 down at booking. Can send check if made 10 days in advance, or put on credit card)
• Check in time is 2:00 - 4:00 pm and Check out time is 11:00 am
• Cancellations:
  If circumstances arise that you must cancel your reservation with less than 10 days notice you will be charged in full unless I can get room re-booked. A $20/room booking fee will be charged for cancellation greater than 10 days. Although we sympathize with such a situation, we must maintain a business policy. This applies to early departures and no shows.
