Artichoke Soup: Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1 stick butter

  • 1/2 cup flour

  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 3 bay leaves

  • 1/4 teaspoon thyme

  • 6 cans chicken stock

  • 3 cans artichokes (drained and diced)

  • 1 teaspoon Worchestershire sauce

Step 1:

Melt butter in a large soup pot.

Step 2:

Stir in 1/2 cup flour.

Step 3:

Add chicken stock slowly while whisking in.

Step 4:

Add minced garlic, bay leaves, and thyme. Dice artichoke hearts, add to soup with Worcestershire sauce.

Step 5:

Heat and enjoy!
