This romantic, classic Victorian home was built in 1884 and is located just six blocks from historic downtown Hot Springs and Bathhouse Row. All five luxurious rooms have private baths and are furnished with antiques. A full gourmet breakfast is served each morning in the home's dining room. • Deposit amount required (One night's deposit is required to confirm a reservation and will be charged to your credit card upon booking.)

• Cancellations:
  For refunds, reservations must be cancelled at least ten days in advance. If you cancel with nine days or less notice, the full amount of your stay will be charged if the room cannot be rebooked. There will be a $25.00 fee on all cancellations. Changes in date are considered the same as a cancellation. We realize that sometimes changes cannot be avoided and if you are able to rebook your stay within thirty days, we will credit the $25.00 fee to that stay.

  From Little Rock - From Interstate 30 West take exit #111, US 70 West, Hot Springs. Travel approximately 25 miles to the intersection of US 270 Business (also Malvern Aenue). Turn left onto Malvern Avenue and Dogwood Manor is less than one block on the right. From Texarkana - From Interstate 30 East take exit #98B onto US 270 towards Hot Springs. In approximately 13.5 miles, US 270 becomes Malvern Avenue (US 270 Business). Continue straight on this road for approximately another 4 miles and Dogwood Manor will be on your left. (If you reach the McDonald's you went one block too far.) From either direction, enter the one-way street, Moore Street, next to Dogwood Manor and park either on the left hand side of the one-way street or in the back yard on the parking pad. Please enter through the front door.

  Follow airport exit signs to Interstate 440. Follow I440 to ramp to Interstate 30 West(sign says to Texarkana). Take I30 for approximately 27 miles to exit #111, US 70 West to Hot Springs. Travel approximately 25 miles to the intersection of US 270 Business (also Malvern Avenue). Turn left onto Malvern Avenue and Dogwood Manor is less than one block on the right.
