Crab Artichoke Quiche

Serves: 6Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons Sour Cream
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 1/2 cups Half-and-Half
- 8 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 8 ounce can Crabmeat
- 8 oz Artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
- 3 cups Pepper Jack Cheese
Steps:
- In a medium mixing bowl, beat together the sour cream and the salt. Add the half-and-half, eggs and pepper. Add crabmeat, artichokes and cheese. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes until puffed and browned.
