- Cancellations:
Cancellations made at least 10 days in advance of scheduled arrival will be refunded, less a 10% handling fee, or fully exchanged for a gift certificate to be used at a future date. For cancellations less than 10 days in advance, a 50% refund will be provided. If we are able to rebook your room to another guest, we will provide a full refund, less 10% handling fee. Cancellation made less than 24 hours of reservation will receive no refund unless we are able to rebook the room. - Accepted by the following agencies:
