General Information

Surrounded by eleven peaceful acres, Belle Aire Mansion, is a tranquil home away from home. Built in the mid- 1800's,this Southern style mansion is one of the oldest in the Galena area. Once an old farm house, Belle Aire has been a bed and breakfast inn for 23 years. Your innkeepers, Jan and Lorraine Svec, have been welcoming guests for 21 of those years. Their guests comfort is their biggest concern and they offer experienced personal service, providing rooms with romance and relaxation in mind. Cuddle up in a suite with a warm fireplace opposite a soothing double whirlpool, or choose an antique-filled room just to your liking. Each guest room has a private bath, satellite TV, VCR's, and a jar filled with home-made chocolate chip cookies. Enjoy the magnificent view from one of the verandas or walk the grounds of beautiful trees and flowers. Stroll down a tamarack-lined lane, or just sit on the porch and take in the quietness.
