Shrimp Dijon

Serves: 2Ingredients:
- 3 fl oz Dry White Wine
- 16 Peeled and Deveined Shrimp
- 1 tablespoon Shallots
- 4 tablespoons Herb Butter
- 3 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- 1 fl oz Brandy
- 1 tablespoon Chopped Parsley
Steps:
- In Saute pan melt butter and saute shallots.
- Add dijon mustard and white wine.
- Add Shrimp and Saute approximately 2 minutes each side.
- Flame with Brandy (optional).
- Serve over cooked white or blend rice. Top with chopped parsley.
