Shrimp Dijon: Main Dish

Prep time:10 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • 3 fl oz Dry White Wine

  • 16 Peeled and Deveined Shrimp

  • 1 tablespoon Shallots

  • 4 tablespoons Herb Butter

  • 3 tablespoons Dijon Mustard

  • 1 fl oz Brandy

  • 1 tablespoon Chopped Parsley

Step 1:

In Saute pan melt butter and saute shallots.

Step 2:

Add dijon mustard and white wine.

Step 3:

Add Shrimp and Saute approximately 2 minutes each side.

Step 4:

Flame with Brandy (optional).

Step 5:

Serve over cooked white or blend rice. Top with chopped parsley.
