Our 1898 Queen Anne Victorian is nestled in a charming historic neighborhood and is only steps from Appleton¿s finest restaurants, shopping, theater/cultural events, and Lawrence University. Our central location between Green Bay and Oshkosh provides easy access to many attractions and day excursions to Door County. Call for availability!

The Franklin Street Inn is at the edge of the downtown area by parks, Lawrence University, Houdini Museum, Big Picture Theater, Performing Arts Center, Specialty Shops, and fine local restaurants and pubs are all within walking distance.   • Deposit amount required (One night's deposit plus sales tax is required when reservation is made. The deposit can be mailed or provided by a credit card # on the phone.)
  • Check in time is 4:00 pm and Check out time is 11:00 am
  • Cancellations:
    If cancellation is necessary, your deposit will be refunded less a $25 fee, provided a 21 day or more advance notice is given. If the reservation is cancelled in less than 21 days, the deposit will not be refunded unless the room is rebooked by another guest.
