Mary's Cherry Granola

Ingredients:

• 8 cups old fashioned oatmeal
• 1 cup sliced almonds
• 1 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
• 1 cup slivered almonds
• 1/2 cup Grapenuts cereal
• 1 cup vegetable oil
• 2/3 cup honey
• 1/3 cup dark brown sugar
• 1 cup dried cherries

Steps:

1. Mix in a large bowl: oatmeal, sliced and slivered almonds, sunflower seeds, and cereal.
2. Microwave in different bowl for one minute: oil, honey, brown sugar.
3. Spread on jelly roll pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Add 1 cup dried cherries. Keep in air tight container.
