Shrove Tuesday Pancakes
Total preparation time: 5 minutes
Serves: 4Ingredients:
- 2 cups All purpose flour
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
Steps:
- Break eggs and whip together
- Add flour and mix until resembles thick batter
If still eggy add more flour
- Add milk, enough to make runny mixture
- Add melted butter
- Do not make night before. Has to be freshly made, Its okay to leave it an hour to rest.
Cook in frying pan make sure pan really hot, pour batter to make a very thin pancake.
Flip over after batter looks dry to touch.
Serve with Lemon & sugar.
Nice with fruit and yoghurt wrapped inside like a crepe.
