Walk a few steps (or couple of blocks) to great restaurants, shops, and theaters. • Deposit amount required (One night's stay. Graduation, football games, holidays require payment in full by check - No cancellations, no refunds. Discounted stays require payment in full within 10 days of making reservation.)
• Check in time is 4 PM or later and Check out time is 11:00 AM
• Cancellations:
  Fourteen or more days notice required to cancel and receive refund less $25 cancellation fee. Within 14 days or less notice, no refund unless room is rebooked. Discounted stays require one month notice to cancel.
