Apple Streusel Bread Pudding with Hot Rum Sauce
We adapted this recipe for use at the Inn after seeing a similar one in the newspaper. The recipe is now even more decadent and delicious since we substituted croissants for day old bread and added Rum Sauce on top. Best of all, it can be baked ahead and reheated in the microwave at a moment's notice. We serve it with sausage, muffins, and fresh fruit
