Ingredients:
1 cup Flour

1/2 cup Butter
-
1/4 cup Powdered Sugar

2 Eggs
-
2 tablespoons Real Lemon Juice

1 cup Sugar
-
1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder

2 1/2 tablespoons Flour
-
-
3/4 cup Powdered Sugar
-
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
-
1 tablespoon Butter
-
1/2 tablespoon Milk
Step 1:
Spray 8" pan. Mix first 3 ingredients together and put in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Step 2:
Mix next 5 ingredients together. Pour on baked crust. Bake 20 minutes more.
Step 3:
Mix last 4 ingredients together to make frosting. Spread on bars quickly while still warm and sprinkle with mixed color decors. Store in refrigerator.
