Lemon Bars

Ingredients:

• 1 cup Flour
• 1/2 cup Butter
• 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar
• 2 Eggs
• 2 tablespoons Real Lemon Juice
• 1 cup Sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
• 2 1/2 tablespoons Flour
• 3/4 cup Powdered Sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
• 1 tablespoon Butter
• 1/2 tablespoon Milk

Steps:

1. Spray 8" pan. Mix first 3 ingredients together and put in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
2. Mix next 5 ingredients together. Pour on baked crust. Bake 20 minutes more.
3. Mix last 4 ingredients together to make frosting. Spread on bars quickly while still warm and sprinkle with mixed color decors. Store in refrigerator.
