Melting Moments

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 3/4 cup Cornstarch
  • 1 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • Vanilla or Almond Extract
  • 2 teaspoons Butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Heavy Cream (add more if necessary)
  • Red or Green Food Coloring

Steps:

  1. Mix first 4 ingredients together. Shape into 1/2" to 3/4" balls.
  2. Bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool.
  3. Mix next five ingredients together for frosting.
  4. Frost cookies after they have cooled.
  5. Makes approximately 65 tiny cookies per batch.
