From the time of our arrival we felt at home. Linda, our hostess answered all of our questions and made suggestions of things to see and do. If you like to run or simply take long walks then there is a nature trail only two mins from the property. I ran it twice on various days. Also you are so close to the Old Mission Peninsula where wineries abound. That was another day trip. Enjoyed the Carriage House immensely. Ken does a fantastic history monologue following breakfast. You get to know the original owners from the days of old.

We had a wonderful time at the Grand Victorian. Ken and Linda are gracious hosts. The home is a spectacular part of the local history and an architectural wonder in its own right. We stayed in the blossom room which was spacious and very well appointed. Its larger bathroom was very nice. The B&B is a short walk from Bellaire's shops and restaurants as well as the walking path. Breakfast was amazing each morning. We had a wonderful time and would certainly stay here again if we visit Bellaire in the future!

We had a great time, the B&B was beautiful! The owners were lovely people. We were given suggestions for local eateries and attractions such as a micro-brewery where we sampled the wares! It is an easy walk to the downtown area and the town itself seems to be very well kept.

We usually use "Hotwire" to get a great value, but we really wanted a special place to celebrate our anniversary. We were not disappointed! This is a beautiful home, and the hosts are amazing. We've been to a lot of historical museums and houses around the country, and this is a wonderful way to learn about Bellair's history (thanks, Ken) and actually stay in the "museum." That being said, it still felt homey and comfortable with the outstanding breakfasts, cookies, and company. We are very picky about what we consider excellent food, and their food was truly wonderful. The bed was so comfortable, soft linens, wonderful fireplace, great balcony and porch - just a great getaway. We truly felt like we were leaving family because Linda and Ken were so sweet and such great hosts. We can't wait to go back when we get someone to watch our kids again!
