General InformationOriginally built as a boat house in 1927, the Bayside Inn offers a stay a a prime location in downtown Saugatuck. Kathy and Frank have spent many hours reclaiming this property from the waters, a seawall was added, but even that could not hold back the water. Eventually Kathy and Frank felt that much TLC was required and raised the building, with a new foundation and have transformed the Bayside Inn into and elegant and contemporary water-side Bed and Breakfast.
