    Deposit will be refunded minus a $10 handling fee for cancelations received at least 7 days prior to scheduled arrival, cancelations received after that will receive a 1 year voucher in lieu of having the the deposit returned. However, cancelations received with less than 24 hour notice (after 3pm the day prior) will forfit the deposit.
