Cheesy Potatoes
Total preparation time: 15 minutes
Serves: 8Ingredients:
- 2 lb Frozen Shredded Hashbrowns
- 1 can Cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz Sour cream
- 8 oz Finely shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup Onion flakes
- Pepper and salt to taste
- 1 cup Crispix cereal (crushed)
Steps:
- Mix all ingreedients except cereal together
- Put into a 9x13 pan (greased)
- Top with Crispix cereal and bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hour
