Spicy Tofu Tri-Angles: Appetizer-Snack

Servings: 6

Prep time:1/2 hour

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb firm tofu--sliced and tri-angled

  • 4 cloves garlic--minced

  • 2 inches of fresh ginger--grated

  • 1/2 to one hot jalapeno pepper

  • 1/4 cup water

Step 1:

Except for the Tofu, mix everything together, then put the tofu into a non-plastic bowl or dish and cover with the marinade.

Step 2:

Refrigerate for 2 to 24 hours (the longer the better)

Step 3:

Fry in canola oil on medium heat until browned...be careful, this can splatter
