Spicy Tofu Tri-Angles
Total preparation time: 1/2 hour
Serves: 6Ingredients:
- 1 lb firm tofu--sliced and tri-angled
- 4 cloves garlic--minced
- 2 inches of fresh ginger--grated
- 1/2 to one hot jalapeno pepper
- 1/4 cup water
Steps:
- Except for the Tofu, mix everything together, then put the tofu into a non-plastic bowl or dish and cover with the marinade.
- Refrigerate for 2 to 24 hours (the longer the better)
- Fry in canola oil on medium heat until browned...be careful, this can splatter
