Roberta's (Birdie's) Hummus

Serves: 10Ingredients:
- 1 can chick peas with 1/2 the liquid reserved
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Steps:
- Break out your mom's osterizer (blender) and puree the chick peas and combine the rest of the ingredients.
