• Smoking is allowed in limited areas (Outside on covered veranda only!)
• Limited accommodations for guest pets (We have two already, may use ours, kennel info available!)
• Children are welcome (Must be arranged in advance due to room availability.)

• Consumption of alcohol is permitted
• Deposit amount required ((One Night's deposit or major credit card info.))
• Check in time is 4 till 11 and Check out time is 11:00
• Cancellations:
  Cancellations require 8 days’ notice to obtain a refund. Any cancellation received after that date will receive a refund if the reserved space can be re-booked. We make every effort to re-book such cancellations. A $10.00 administrative fee is charged for any cancellation regardless of dates.
