Wheatfield Inn offers you a great blend of convenience, comfort, romance, and surrounding natural beauty. The Inn is located two miles from the center of the town of Williamston, close to dozens of antique shops, yet in a quiet rural setting. The Inn is situated on twenty-six acres, twelve of which are woods with trails. Deer Creek runs directly next to the Inn. We offer you warm hospitality in a very unique, secluded environment.

    As Lorie grew up in Williamston in the early 70's, she admired the home built by the professional wrestler "The Sheik" and his wife Joyce. Over the years the property changed hands a few times, and in 1997 Lorie and her husband Michael had the opportunity to buy it. Although intending it as a private residence, they had to honor a few remaining Banquet obligations of the previous owner. After a few Weddings and B&B guests, they found they enjoyed it so much they would keep it as a B&B.
