Baked Oatmeal

Serves: 4Ingredients:
- 1 cup Oatmeal, regular and steel oats
- 1 medium apple Grated Apple
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup Oil
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamin
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 large Eggs
Steps:
- Mix all ingredients in large pot that can be baked in oven. Do this the night before.
- Next morning, heat oven to 325 degrees bake about 45 minutes.
serve with Yogurt on top and fresh raspberries.
