Baked Oatmeal: Breakfast-Brunch

Prep time:Night be4

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Oatmeal, regular and steel oats

  • 1 medium apple Grated Apple

  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla

  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • 1/2 cup Oil

  • 1 cup Milk

  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamin

  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

  • 1 large Eggs

Step 1:

Mix all ingredients in large pot that can be baked in oven. Do this the night before.

Step 2:

Next morning, heat oven to 325 degrees bake about 45 minutes. serve with Yogurt on top and fresh raspberries.
