Package price is $165 Sun-Thur, and $195 Fri-Sat plus tax. Package includes overnight accommodations at the Oliver Inn Bed and Breakfast at 630 W. Washington St., South Bend, IN 46601. This magnificent Victorian Mansion built circa 1880, is located on a one acre estate with carriage house and playhouse. Package includes overnight accommodations in a beautifully appointed room. Includes full candlelight breakfast with live piano music each morning as well as complimentary snacks and refreshments. Also includes dinner at Tippecanoe Place Restaurant (the beautiful Studebaker Mansion) - up to a $35 value (located right next door to The Oliver Inn). This historic mansion was built for the Studebaker family in 1888, has four main levels, 40 rooms and 20 fireplaces. Your stay will also include a tour of the magnificent Oliver Mansion, (just one block from The Oliver Inn B&B) known as Copshaholm. This was the home of J.D. Oliver of "chilled" plow, tractor and farm implement fame. This home was donated to the Northern Indiana Historical Society in 1988 by the Oliver family.
