We had a wonderful time on 6/12/08 at Mike & Kathryn's B & B. This was my 3rd visit so I brought my granddaughter along to share in this beautiful home. She really enjoyed playing with Sassy and her 4 little ones.

I just spent 6 nights there and it was just like visiting your grandmother's home. Mike & Kathy are wonderful innkeepers. I would recommend this B & B to everyone traveling to the Chillicothe area.

This Antique oak bedroom suite has a double bed with a large single brass daybed. It offers a private bath with all the toiletries, color cable TV with remote, DVD, VCR, phone, desk and chair, air conditioning, overhead ceiling fan, coffee maker, in room lavatory and a view of the wooded area behind the Manor. The Rose room also has access to the kitchenette should you need a two room suite. Wireless computer access is available throughout the rooms and the entire home. All rooms are privately keyed for your total privacy.This Antique oak bedroom suite in the "Rose room" has a double bed with a large single brass daybed.
Whether in town for business or pleasure, you will enjoy this oak furnished room with that outdoors feel. The Oak room is furnished with a comfortable double bed, youth daybed, desk and chair, color cable TV with remote, DVD, VCR, private bath and shower, coffee maker, air conditioning, electric heat generated fireplace, overhead ceiling fan and all the toiletries needed to make your stay a comfortable one.Wireless computer access is available throughout the home. Sleep in comfort on the down feather double bed in our large Colonial room. This the largest of the guest rooms with comfortable chairs and a desk area. It offers a large day bed with a pop-up twin that makes this room special for an entire family. This Colonial room also has a color remote TV, DVD player, phone, air conditioning. Refrigerator, overhead ceiling fan and a in room pedestal sink. The bath is across the hall but is a private bath for this room with a large "2 person" antique claw tub, a antique hand held shower a rdgular stand up shower, and all the toiletries needed to make your stay a comfortable one. Wireless computer access is available throughout the home. All rooms are privately keyed for your total privacy.This colonial room daybed will turn into two single twin beds.
Furnished in walnut furniture, the Victoria room will set the mood for that special occasion. It offers a comfortable down feather double bed, a private bath with all the toiletries, color cable TV with remote, DVD, VCR, phone, desk and chair, overhead ceiling fan and light, coffee maker, air conditioning, electric heat generated fireplace,and access to the kitchenette should you need a two room suite. The Victoria room has no daybed but offers a youth roll a way bed and a beautiful antique settee. Wireless computer access is available throughout the rooms and the entire home. All rooms are privately keyed for total ambiance.The Gazebo offers a beautiful setting for four; color cable TV with remote, DVD player and Stereo music. Interior lighting with a dimmer control, overhead variable speed fan and a perfect view of the Manor Gardens.
An open firepit for guest to get acquainted or to just sit and relax,read a book or work on your laptop. Free high speed wireless is available inside or out.Guests are able to enjoy our "Classic spa" at their leasure. It offers 4 private seats with 56 jets and a relaxing bubbling system to reduce stress. Each seat has their own controls.
