Old Fashioned Oatmeal Pancakes

- 1 1/2 cups old fashioned oatmeal
- 2 cups low fat buttermilk
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Steps:
- Mix oatmeal and buttermilk, let sit for 45 minutes.
- add eggs, baking soda, flour and sugar. beat together.
- Use 1/4 "cup" batter per pancake and cook on a lightly greased griddle.
- Add more butter milk if batter is to thick.
