Baked French Toast
Total preparation time: 15 minutes
Serves: 12Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 stick of butter
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- 1 dozen eggs
- 1 1/2 cup of half and half
- 1 loaf of cinamon bread
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 teaspoons of Vanillia
Steps:
- In a sauce pan melt butter,honey,brown sugar.
Bring to a boil. Pour into a 9 x 13 greased pan.
Cube cinamon bread and place on to top of mixture.
Do not pat down bread cubes keep loose.
- Mix together eggs,vanila,half and half,pour
over bread cubes. Cover pan put in refridgerator
over night.
- In morning preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place
pan in oven and bake for 0ne hour. When finish
baking cut into 12 servings. When you serve turn
upside down so the melted mixture will run over the
baked cinamon cubes. This is great with eggs and fresh
fruit
