• Deposit amount required (Reservation guaranteed with your credit card. We will also guarantee your reservation with a personal check covering at least one night's stay or one half of the total charge for longer bookings.)

• Cancellations:
  Cancellations must be received at least 5 days before 1:00 pm of arrival date. Reservations cancelled after that time will be charged the full rate for the length of the booking. If you find you must cancel, we appreciate your letting us know as soon as possible. Please contact us for our group cancellation policy. This cancellation policy does not apply to groups and is subjest to change.

Veer right at Hwy 65/98/84 toward MS River Bridge/Downtown. Turn right at large intersection (Exxon station)to Homochitto St. Stay on Homochitto (name changes to Orleans). Turn right at Orleans and S.Pearl. We are on the left corner. From the south (Hwy 61): Just past Natchez Regional Medical Center veer left to (Hwy 65/84/98)toward MS. River Bridge/ Downtown. Turn right at large intersection to Homochitto St. Stay on Homochitto(name changes to Orleans)to S.Pearl. Turn right at corner of Orleans and S.Pearl St.We are on the left. From the recently completed Natchez Trace Parkway: You will end up on Liberty Road near Liberty Park, and from there, you take a right, go about a mile on Liberty Road, which changes it's name to John Quitman Blvd. at Melrose Avenue. Continue straight on Quitman, which will become Main St. At Commerce St. turn left (south). Go 3 blocks to Orleans and turn right (west). Go 1 block to South Pearl St. We are on the corner at South Pearl and Orleans. From the west:(Hwy98/84/65)Cross the Mississippi River, turn left at Visitor's Center to Canal St. Turn right at State St. Go 3 blocks, turn right at Commerce St. Go 2 blocks, turn right at Orleans St. Go 1 block, turn right. We are on the left corner (Orleans and S. Pearl).

  From Baton Rouge take I-110 N taking the Hwy 61 N/Natchez exit. You will go through St. Francisville,LA then Woodville, MS, then Natchez. From Jackson, MS take I-20 W to I-55 S. At Brookhaven take Hwy 84 W. Follow signs to Natchez. Once in Natchez, pick up "Directions to Property."
