Bluff View Inn is the centerpiece of Chattanooga's Bluff View Art District: a creative haven of restaurants, gardens, galleries, terrace cafes, working artists, historic homes and banquet facilities. Located in one of the city's finest historic areas, we offer elegant overnight accommodations in three beautifully restored turn-of-the-century homes. As a guest of The Bluff View Inn, you will enjoy incredible views, original artwork, antique furnishings, private baths in each room, a full gourmet breakfast, cable television, WiFi, and free parking in an ideal location. Located on the Chattanooga Riverwalk, we are within walking distance to the Tennessee Aquarium, IMAX Theater, Walnut Street Pedestrian Bridge, Coolidge Park, and the North Shore.

  For cancellations made at least eight (8) days prior to your scheduled arrival date, the initial deposit, minus a $20 administrative fee, will be refunded. For cancellations made within seven (7) days of your confirmed arrival date, we will issue a Bluff View Art District gift certificate, valid at any and all businesses in the Art District, that carries no expiration date.
