Smoked Gouda Bisque: Soup

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Heavy Cream

  • 1 1/2 cups Water

  • 3/4 cup Sliced Smoked Gouda Cheese

  • 1 tablespoon Coarse Black Pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Step 1:

Bring heavy cream and water to boil in a heavy saucepan.

Step 2:

Add salt & pepper.

Step 3:

Reduce for 10 minutes under low heat.

Step 4:

Add cheese and stir occasionally on low heat for 5 minutes.
