Smoked Gouda Bisque

Serves: 6Ingredients:
- 2 cups Heavy Cream
- 1 1/2 cups Water
- 3/4 cup Sliced Smoked Gouda Cheese
- 1 tablespoon Coarse Black Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
Steps:
- Bring heavy cream and water to boil in a heavy saucepan.
- Add salt & pepper.
- Reduce for 10 minutes under low heat.
- Add cheese and stir occasionally on low heat for 5 minutes.
