Grilled Salmon with Corn on the Cob
Ingredients:
- olive oil
- fresh dill
- 2 1/2 lb salmon filet
- Hellman's Mayonnaise
- sliced lemons
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- corn on the cob
- red potatoes
- tomatoes, each cut into four pieces
- clams
- shrimp
- butter
- white wine
- cedar shingle or aluminum foil
- parsley
Steps:
- Lightly grease bottom of cedar shingle with olive oil. Place fresh dill on top. Place salmon filet on the shingle. Top with mayonnaise, sliced lemons, fresh dill, and chopped garlic.
- Cook for approximately 20 minutes. If you do not have a shingle, put salmon into aluminum foil sealed tightly all around. Remove from grill in 20 minutes.
- Place corn on the cob in water for 30 minutes. Place directly on grill for 8 minutes, turning so that it does not burn on the inside.
- You can also break the corn in half and put it, red potatoes, tomatoes, clams, shrimp, white wine, butter and parsley into aluminum foil. Bake for approximately 30-40 minutes.
