General Information

The Mansion House Bed and Breakfast Inn,is the only Inn with a private swimming pool with jacuzzi in Downtown St. Petersburg. Built in 1904 and 1912, the Inn has been beautifully restored and has 12 rooms in two large houses and a carriage house. All have private baths. The Private entry Carriage House has a Key West feel with cathedral ceiling, four-poster bed, 2-person privacy enclosed Jacuzzi/HOT TUB. Common areas include a Garden courtyard, 2 library/TV rooms, sun porch and living rooms. Private label soap, robes, wine time, homemade cookies are just a few extras.

WI-Fi High Speed Internet Access from anywhere in the house! Mansion House has a courtyard/garden where we can host weddings/receptions (up to 100), reunions, receptions, parties, etc. In our conference facility, we are able to host up to 24 persons for meetings.

• Smoking is allowed outside only (In and around pool, courtyard, and screened porch areas.)
• Limited accommodations for guest pets (Can accommodate small dog with crate in particular room-call)
• Children are welcome (One child on twin rollaway in selected rooms with adults (2))
• No childcare is provided
• Consumption of alcohol is permitted (Wine - complimentary)
• Deposit amount required (One night's non-refundable deposit for reservation confirmation per room applied against last night-high season.)
• Check in time is 2-pm and Check out time is 11:00AM
• Cancellations:
  Cancellation policies are applicable between 72 hours and 2 weeks depending upon particular reservations. One night deposit non-refundable upon confirmation. For special events with minimum stays, the entire amount may be charged if we are unable to rent the room and the cancellation is within the two-week period preceding arrival. "No Shows" will be charged for the entire reservation. Credit will be given for emergencies upon rebooking. Cancellation fee within two weeks.
