There will also be a swimming pool, hot tub and a grilling facility. These units are rented through the Harrington House Bed & Breakfast, but will not include the amenities of the bed & breakfast. • Cancellations:
  Deposits are refunded if cancellation is received two weeks prior to arrival date. Otherwise we run the card for one night of the total stay that was cancelled. Modifications need to be made at least two weeks prior to arrival date. Reservations need to be made at least one (1) day prior to arrival date.
