  • Cancellations:
    Reservations are normally secured with a one night deposit which is refundable if cancellation is made 14 days or more prior to date of arrival minus a $25 fee. Fantasy Fest and Christmas reservations and special group reservations are normally secured with a full deposit with terms of cancellation determined at time of booking. Check in time is between 2-4PM. If you are going to arrive any later, you must contact us to arrange for a late check-in. If you would like parking, we do have limited spaces available for $20/day. You must contact us to reserve a spot. We do require a damage deposit at check-in.
