General Information

Upon arrival to the Inn grounds, you will be surrounded by the tranquility of 2 acres of grassy fields, oak trees, small wildlife running about, and numerous species of birds. The newly decorated South Beach style pool area with art deco furniture will blow you away and offer a great place to sunbathe or just relax in the pool or jacuzzi. The Perri House grounds will embrace you to become a part of something special and unique.

Located in the upscale Windermere/Lake Buena Vista area, we are within minutes from Disney, Sea World and Universal Studios with minimal traffic AND NO HIGHWAYS NECCESSARY! We are also within minutes of Orlando's finest golf courses.

PerriHouse is on 2 acres of voluntary bird sanctuary and is surrounded by another 15 acres of grassy fields, pine, oak and fruit trees. If the local 2 acres and surrounding fields are not enough for your birding or nature apetites then just scoot LESS THAN 1 mile north of our driveway and you are at the Tibet Butler Preserve!

IT IS EASY TO FORGET WHERE YOU ARE WHEN ON PROPERTY, BUT YOU WILL BE EASILY REMINDED EVERY NIGHT AT 9PM SHARP WHEN THE NIGHTLY DISNEY FIREWORK DISPLAY IS CLEARLY VISIBLE AND ENTERTAINING FROM THE END OF OUR DRIVEWAY!

While we understand that travelers sometimes experience last minute delays and unexpected changes in plans due to circumstances beyond control, we regret that we must enforce our policy for no refunds for failure to arrive on the intitial date of the reservation or if departure occurs prior to the last date of the reservation.
