Chocolate Toffee Pie
Serves: 8Ingredients:
- 7 oz Hershey's
- 12 oz Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 Chocolate Cookie Pie Crust
Steps:
- Soften candy bar over low heat. (Do not use a microwave, as the toffee chips will cause the chocolate to burn.) Set aside to cool.
- When chocolate is cool but still soft, fold gently into Cool
Whip. Spoon into piecrust. Freeze. Cover with foil, once set.
- Serve frozen or slightly thawed, alone or with whipped cream. Serves eight.
