Chocolate Toffee Pie


Serves:  8

Ingredients:

  • 7 oz Hershey's
  • 12 oz Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 Chocolate Cookie Pie Crust

Steps:

  1. Soften candy bar over low heat. (Do not use a microwave, as the toffee chips will cause the chocolate to burn.) Set aside to cool.
  2. When chocolate is cool but still soft, fold gently into Cool Whip. Spoon into piecrust. Freeze. Cover with foil, once set.
  3. Serve frozen or slightly thawed, alone or with whipped cream. Serves eight.
