SPINACH & FETA FRITTATA
Total preparation time: 50 minutes
Serves: 6Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups Fresh spinach
- 2 roma tomatoes
- 2/3 cup feta cheese
- salt & garlic pepper to taste
- 9 eggs
Steps:
- Spray large glass pie pan with Pam cooking spray. Add spinach, sliced tomatoes, feta & salt & garlic pepper...scrunch mixture to evenly distibute. Whip eggs in blender, pour into pie dish then bake at 350 for appx 45 - 50 minutes....MMMMM!
