The Amelia Island Williams House, is an elegant bed and breakfast inn located in the seaside historic village of Fernandina Beach. • Minimum stay required (2 nights on weekends, 3 nights special events and holidays)

• We cannot accommodate guest pets

• Consumption of alcohol is permitted (Beer and wine served at social hour)
• Deposit amount required ($200.00 deposit for a 2 night stay and 50% deposit for 3 or more nights stay.)
• Check in time is 3 PM and Check out time is 11 AM
• Cancellations:
  7 day notice required for reservations for Sun - Thurs, 14 day notice required for weekend stays (Fri & Sat). If less notice given, party responsible for 1 night or 50% of reservation whichever is greater, otherwise full amount for any holiday weekends, and special events. A $25.00 processing fee is charged on all cancellations.
