  • Minimum stay required (2 nights on weekends, 3 nights special events and holidays)
  • Smoking is allowed outside only (On verandas)
  • We cannot accommodate guest pets
  • Children are welcome (children over 10)
  • No childcare is provided
  • Consumption of alcohol is permitted (Beer and wine served at social hour)
  • Deposit amount required ($200.00 deposit for a 2 night stay and 50% deposit for 3 or more nights stay.)
  • Check in time is 3 PM and Check out time is 11 AM
  • Cancellations:
    7 day notice required for reservations for Sun - Thurs, 14 day notice required for weekend stays (Fri & Sat). If less notice given, party responsible for 1 night or 50% of reservation whichever is greater, otherwise full amount for any holiday weekends, and special events. A $25.00 processing fee is charged on all cancellations.

    Deborah's love of people has brought her from Paralegal and Real Estate Broker to Cooking, decorating and making guest feel welcome. Byron has retired from Corporate life and enjoys projects at the inn, golfing and wine hour with guests. They have five grown children and 4 grandchildren.
