Thanksgiving Dinner At The Ballastone Inn
09/15/09 - 11/27/09
Great Southern dining and world-class hospitality join hands this Thanksgiving at Savannah’s landmark Ballastone Inn. On November 26, guests can give thanks for the superlative partnership that brings together the historic setting of The Ballastone with the incomparable culinary talent of the Ballastone staff. They will prepare a gourmet dinner representative of the great, robust, and most importantly, southern flavors of Thanksgiving for guests staying at The Ballastone. Dinner is $50 per person and will be served at two seatings on Thanksgiving Day. In order to minimize disruptions on the holiday, a two-night minimum stay is required; rates at the Ballastone begin at $235 per night.
Served from silver chafing dishes atop The Ballastone’s hand-crafted and imported antique Victorian bar, the extensive buffet incorporates a host of ingredients and recipes that bring a unique southern flavor to the traditional Thanksgiving Day feast. Smoked and fried turkey with turkey Gravy, macaroni and cheese, sweet potato casserole, cornbread dressing and of course, collard greens, are some of the delectable items that will be featured.

A special dessert table will tempt diners to save room for uniquely southern desserts like Southern pecan pie, pumpkin pie, and red velvet cake. A full-service bar with cocktails and wine is available. Please contact the inn if you have any questions, or would like to make reservations.
