Litchfield Plantation is an 18th Century Southern Rice Plantation now a luxurious Country Inn. The unique historic and natural beauty of the 600 acre Low Country Plantation provides a relaxing retreat for couples. Guests are pampered by luxurious amenities and superb food. From CHARLESTON AIRPORT take Rte 526 towards Charleston/Mt Pleasant, turn left, north, on Highway 17 towards Georgetown. After Georgetown turn left at the 2nd traffic light(right after MacDonalds) in Pawleys Island onto Waverly Road, travel to 4-way stop-sign, turn right onto Kings River Road, 3/4 mile entrance on left. Stop at guard-gate.
