General Information

A favored midway stay between NY&FL!Many also stay en route to Raleigh,Charlotte,the NC/SC beaches,Hilton Head,Savannah or Charleston. The inn is located 22 miles Off I-95, near Florence,SC.

The regions oldest(since 1982),largest, and most interesting bed and breakfast, Breeden Inn is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, and is certified by the National Wildlife Federation as a Backyard Wildlife Habitat. The Inn is a designated location on Bennettsville's historic exterior tour.

Four 19th century houses offer thirteen lovely guest rooms with fine bedding. Four bathrooms have whirlpools for two, large showers, and double vanities. Nine guest rooms are conveniently located on the ground floor, with quick access to parking. Parking is free and plentiful.

All rooms have private baths, central AC/H, ceiling fans, and cable TV/VCR/DVD. Other inn amenities include,video and book libraries, common rooms for leisure, laundry facilities, fully equipped vintage kitchens, and bicycles to explore our small Southern town.

Guests can freely utilize Wi-Fi and long distance calls and faxing within the USA.Inviting Southern porches with swings,rockers and ceiling fans encourage guests to de-stress.

The grounds are lush with a seemingly endless variety of trees and plantings. Overseen by a Master Gardener, the gardens have winding brick and gravel paths, a large in-ground pool, period koi pond, hammocks, and many areas of relaxation to call your own. Ornate iron gating,
picket fencing and foliage, frame the grounds and lend to private surroundings. Seven original outbuildings enhance the historic feel of the property, and represent preservation, unusual to today's existing 19th century houses.

Breeden Inn is a haven for corporate guests, and a favored destination for couples seeking a memorable and romantic getaway in a quiet garden setting.

A delicious, full breakfast is served in four Main House breakfast rooms or on the wrap-around veranda.

  Cancellation policies vary. Please call the inn regarding which cancellation policy may apply to your stay. Failure to arrive is considered a cancellation. A refund will be made only if your room(s) can be re-rented. Refunds are minus a $25.00 cancellation fee per room and per night booked.
